How to Return an Item
- Email support@xcluciv.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
